Niruss Phpbatch Creator is a Server Management script

The scirpt Niruss phpBatch Creator is a Server Management script (website monitoring solutions).

I developed that script so that at anytime I could easily create a batch file that would start, stop and restart Windows services remotely through a telent like connection; particularly Apache and my mail server. Other than operating Windows services I wanted some other common commands to be on hand. Included are many TCP/IP functions, shutdown, resatrt and log off Windows. All of these commands will work remotely as long as you have the required permissions on the machine the batch file lies.
